Feel a new you with dearmouring session

Do you often feel caged mentally or emotionally or do your body muscles remain stressed? This mental or physical tension caused by somatic trauma at any point of time hampers your life. It stops you from mingling in new environments making you frustrated at the end of the day.

 

But there is a way to shrug this stress and frustration off forever from life. There exists a process which helps in unwinding the stored pain, negativity and bad memories of the body. This technique is known as "de-armouring". In simple words, removing the existing hard and invisible armour off the body formed due to repeated abuse, childhood trauma etc.

Dearmouring coaches use the blend of breathing practice, healing sounds and gentle movements to release the body from tension, constriction, numbness or pain. The bodywork dearmouring can be performed with clothes on or off as per client request. Coaches are specialized in removing the tensions of mostly affected area like throat, genitals, anus, legs, torso, arms and head which stores most the physical and emotional blocks. Those clients who do not wish to be touched are treated with de-armouring energy work.

The benefit of this technique is that it strengthens the connection between mind and body while opening up the energy flow. It helps in reducing or sometimes removing the pain. In addition, it also helps in activating the Kunalini. This technique has variation and every coach uses his or her kind of approach by using single or blend of different techniques like energy median work healing, physiotherapy, trigger point therapy, Chi Nei Tsang, acupressure, muscle stretching etc.

When you enrol for a session, a coach takes 30-40 minutes to understand you mental or physical constraints of your situation, explain you the giving and receiving principle, mental boundaries and emotional practices and explain you how their method works for you. This first half of session generally consists of a relaxed conversation regarding about your mental, physical or emotional condition and the problem which leads you to this session.

The second half usually consists of the bodywork session where you lay down on your back on a soft mattress. Soft touch movements are used to identify your blocked areas, the inspection generally starts with chest or lower abdomen area.  Then massage will follow on the pressure points where individual points are pressed sequentially. Once your blockage is found, it would be worked upon and number of session would be suggested for you. So if you have been under somatic trauma or constantly under constraints then you must try this technique.
